Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the Netherlands and select EU member states.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Delivery within the Netherlands takes approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at binnen.buiten.nl@gmail.com.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

You may still exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the order.

I didn't receive a confirmation email — what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you cannot find it, contact us at binnen.buiten.nl@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Will I receive tracking?

Most shipments include tracking. A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at binnen.buiten.nl@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
