This policy explains your rights under EU and Dutch consumer law and outlines how returns and refunds are handled.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days at Email: binnen.buiten.nl@gmail.com. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days. -
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and tags, and proof of purchase must be provided. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may be deducted from your refund. -
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom-made or personalized products; perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants); sealed hygiene or personal care products once opened; digital products that have been downloaded or accessed; hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases; gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing. -
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at Email: binnen.buiten.nl@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior notification will not be accepted. -
Return Shipping Costs
If you withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day period, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. -
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. Under Dutch law, you are entitled to a product that functions as reasonably expected. We will repair, replace, or refund the item as required by law. -
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are issued within 14 days using your original payment method. We may delay the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund. Statutory Warranty
Under EU and Dutch law, products must meet reasonable expectations regarding quality and functionality. This legal warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. The duration depends on the nature of the product. -
